Contact an ITF Inspector
If you are on board or in port and have an urgent problem, you should contact the nearest ITF Inspector.
Contact ITF London
If you cannot reach an ITF Inspector, you can contact one of our
dedicated seafarer support staff by, using the following number:

The line is manned between the hours of 8am and 6pm (UK time). Call
costs vary, depending on which country you are ringing from. We will
happily call you back if you provide us with a contact number.
If you are unable to get through, or if you are ringing outside of
office hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon
as possible.
You can also contact ITF seafarer support staff by email. Please
complete an email form by clicking on the link, adding your name, email
address and message. Help us to help you and give us as much
information as possible.
Contact an ITF regional office
If you cannot reach an ITF Inspector, and you find that due to time
difference you can’t reach ITF London, you might want to try one of our
regional offices.

Whether you contact us by phone, email or post, by providing the
following information we will be able to deal with your issue more
effectively:
You (name, rank, nationality)
Your problem (brief description)
Your ship (name, flag, IMO number, ship type)
Your location (current port, sail date, next port, ETA)
Your contact details (phone number, email address)
If you will not be contactable for some time (e.g. leaving port),
please leave details as above and we will try to follow up the problem
in the best way possible during that period.
